Dear Mr. Kemeny:
Relative to our phone conversation of
yesterday, I asked that your letter be sent to me.
It has been received, and I got in touch with the
attorney to whom it would be most helpful.
You might be interested to know that a
reference to this case appears in the Government's
brief submitted to the Supreme Court on page 145
(Docket 745).
Your consideration of the President's
position and your positive efforts to be helpful
are vastly appreciated. Permit me to convey the
President's appreciation for your thoughtfulness.
Sincerely,
RUSSELL P. ANDREWS
