the Honorable Cyrus S. Ching, Director, Fede ral Mediation &
Conciliation Service advising each that on June 14, 1948, the
United States District Courts for the Southern District of New York, Northern District of
Ohio and Northern District of California issued injunctions
United States of America V.
National Maritime Union of America (CIO) et al. United States of America V. National Marit-
Time Union of America (CIO) et al., , and United States of America V. International Longshore-
men's and Warehousemen's Union (CIO). States that the Attorney General would furnish them
copies of the injuncitions, together with copies of all papers filed in the cases.
June 23, 1948 Mr. Hopkins referred copies of the above correspondence to Federal Mediation
and Conciliation Services for file.
