7/9/48 DANENTERS OF on MOINTAIN REVOLUTION Judge David Camphell Chapter DAUGHTERS OF THE American REVOLUTION chattanooga. tennessee "Whereas the members of the Judge David Campbell Chapter, Daughters of the American Revolution of Chattanooga, X 25 Tennessee, wish to commend, encourage and uphold the work of # the Committee on Un-American Activities in exposing enemies within our midst who aim to undermine our American institutions and system of Government; Therefore by this resolution, we respectfully petition the Congress of the United States to continue this work of said Committee by adequate appropriation and extension of its activi- ties. Be it further resolved that copies of this resolution be sent to: The President of the United States; The Speaker of the House; Chairman of the Rules Committee of the House of Representatives; and Chairman of the Un- American Activities Committee of the House of Re- presentatives.
