My dear Nancye:
The President is pleased to know that you
were one of his television guests on the tour of the
White House on May third, and he asks me to thank

you for the kind expressions conveyed by your letter.
I am very glad to tell you that the White
House is now open to the public each day in the week
except Sundays, Mondays and holidays, from 10:00 a.m.

to 12:00 noon. You may, therefore, see such portions
of the Executive Mansion as are included in the regu-
lar tour on any of those days and between those hours
while you are in Washington. The entrance is on East
Executive Avenue.
