October 18, 1949 296 My dear Mr. Yazzie: This is to acknowledge the receipt of the telegrams of October thirteenth and fifteenth Navajo Hope which you and those who joined with you sent to pro the President. While your interest in wiring is appreciated, the President after most careful "Y" consideration felt constrained to withhold his ap- proval of S. 1407.
