ARCHIVES *NATIONAL SERVICE AND A RECORÓS NS Dear Mr. Matthews: I have your letter regarding duplicates of pictures taken when the President met with the Committee on Civil Rights at the beginning of its work, and at the presentation of the Report. Harris and Ewing, local photographers, will provide reprints for $2 a copy. Mr. Thomas Holmes of Associated Press Photos has reprints for $3 for the first copy and $1 for each additional copy.
