Dear Mr. Short:
I have your memorandum for November 14,
attaching a request from Mr. James C. Crouch for
a copy of the report of the President's Committee
on Civil Rights.
I regret to inform you that the supply
of the report for public distribution has been
exhausted, and it has been necessary for us to
send our correspondents a copy of the attached
information slip, telling them where copies may
be purchased.
