Armstrong, 2/17 re matter.-Attached,also, is news item.President, 2/22 wrote "Dear Dr.
Armstrong" he is happy to send autographed picture and hopes Mrs. Palmer will be there
to make deposit in cornerstone.-President, 2/23 wrote "Dear Mrs. Palmer" advising pic-
ture has been sent Dr. Armstrong. Hopes it will arrive in time and that it will please
Mrs. Palmer.-Mr. Palmer, 3/4 wrote President thanking him for picture and S aying how
it pleased everyone and that she, unfortunately, was unable to be there.
