The President
The White House
Washington, D. C.
My dear Mr. President:
I wanted you to know how deeply I
appreciated the encourdging message that you
sent me on the 20th. The fact that you took
time out from what I know is a most hectic
schedule is most gratifying.
I am jeeling better each day and for
once it appears I do not have any other choice
but to follow the doctor's instructions. I am
hopeful, however, I will not be confined too
long as there are too many things to be done
and I am anrious to return to the office as
quickly as possible.
Sincerely,
