Letter addressed to Mr. Connelly stating she will arrive in Washington the morning of the 9th a nd will get in touch with him upon her arrival. Requests tickets for the convention for Marg Peppers and Helen Peppers as they are planning on going to Philadelphia and spending some time with them. Mr. Connelly writes to Mr. Wm. Neale Roach, Democratic National Committee, Philadelphia, Penna., 7/3/48, asking him to set aside tickets for the convention fo: the following people and notify them where in Philadelphia they can pick them up: Mrs. Louis Truman (1) Washington, D. C.; Mrs. Donald F. Peppers (1) Fairlington, Virginia; Mr. & Mrs. June Holloway (2) Belton, Missouri. States Mr. & Mrs. Holloway will stay at the Sylvania Hotel and will go to the convention with Mr. Vivian Truman and his party. Asks that their tickets be in the same box or section as Mr. Truman's.
