Dear Doctor Gigliotti:
Please extend my heartiest greetings to the
Regular Veterans Association on the occasion
of its Sixteenth National Convention.
In peace as well as in war, the men of the
regular service have symbolized the spirit of
our free institutions. Their unselfish and pa-
triotic service in all our wars has been an
inspiration to Americans through the history
of our Republic.
All of our citizens join me in a salute to the
Regular Veterans Association.
