encloses decision rendered by Judge J. Waties Waring,
Charleston, S.C., in a primary case, in which it will
be noted he quotes the President's Lincoln Memorial
speech; Mr. White thought the President would be in-
terested in seeing this admirable use of an admirable
statement so soon after it was made.
