W Letter to the Fresident enclosing pictures of their post. Approves of the President's speech of 6/29/47. States that each year, starting in 1948 their Post celebrates on Sept. 25th, the Enactment of the Bill of Rights, aseting on the site of the first capitol of the U.S., considered the most historic site in the country. States that on that day they honor BOND Am. eitisen whose devotion to public service reflects the true concept of Americanism and they award R gold medal made by Legionnaires. States that they would like the Fres. to speak this year on a nation-wide broadcast. States that they want the Pres. to speak where George Mashington spoke.
