The President wrote that he appreciated very much Mr. Bellemere's letter of May
23rd (which is attached). The President said it took a long time for letters to
get through the office - that he received a bushel of mail everyday and it was
sorted out two or three times before it was properly routed. The President said
he should be glad to have the rolls of Battery "B" to which Mr. Bellemere referred.
The President said that when Mr. Bellemere came in that he would give him a picture.
