Dear Tom:
I have your letter of the twentieth regarding the
report of the Federal Trade Commission. That
report as you know was not released because it
would have a bad effect on our foreign relations.
We finally succeeded in getting the Federal Trade
Commission to make a revised report which can
be released.
The Attorney General has been ordered to in-
vestigate the matter and to carry on prosecu-
tions as they become necessary.
