By NLT-HC nars Date 7-25-75 US URGENT 147, June 9, 11 a.m. Agreement signed at nine this morning by Subasic, Stevenson and myself (my tel 144, June 8) article four provides for withdrawal of Yugo forces by 0800 hours GMT . June 12. GEn VELEbit said that although Yugo GEn Staff gave orders last night for troops to prepare for departure, he does not bEliEVE it possible to complete withdrawal by time stated. HE Estimated that withdrawal would be 75% completed by them. Stevenson and I EXPRESSEd view that this would cause no difficulty provided withdrawal was then proceEding as fast as possible.
