Brazilian Ambassador told me this afternoon Argentine
officials had been "fishing" for invitation Peron visit
Rio. He had also been approached by Spanish Ambassador
for invitation to Peron and replied that no invitation
had been issued and that none would be issued. Ambassa-
dor added to me "I can tell you definitely that Peron
will not go to Rio."
