SAC has informed Vinterton and McNarney has instructed
Flory that since they have been given ample facilitios to
inspect the Vienna area and airfield south and west of
Danube and as their info re area is now complote, they may
withdraw their mission at any time. It was also stated
that if they considered it appropriate, they could register
a protest with Tolbukhin against denial of facilitios to
inspect area and airficlds east of Danube but protost should
be on grounds that this denial has kept them from obtaining
an overall picturo.
