As stated in my cablogram yesterday Gon Flory ro-
portod to Gen McNarnoy at Caserta today his recommondations
in zoning Vionna and lator in the day at a meeting pro-
sided by Gen Emnitzor with Gens Gruenther, Flory, Winterton
and Cherriore present, the subject was discussed.Col Thayer
and I attended moeting at which other Allied groups were
liborally roprosentod.
It was informally accepted that prior to actual
physical subdivision of arca, the adherence of the sev-
oral Alliod covts concernod should be obtainod to principlo
providing for the sharing of facilitios which cannot con-
voniontly bo dividod physically. These principles are :
