FOR THE PRESIDENT FROM PAULEY
We have completed cursory survey of Germany
and unless we hear from you to the contrary within
24 hours expect to give our Embassy in Moscow for
transmittal to the Soviet Govt required three days
notice that we will depart from Paris Sunday and
arrive Moscow the same day.
