FOR MORGAN AVIATION DIVISION FROM RAILTU
Embassy will recommend that our desire for an
air transport agreement with France be included on
agenda of matters to be discussed during General
de Gaulle's visit. In this way the matter would be
lifted above party politics and the restrictive views
of Air France which have up to now beset our nogoti-
ations with the Air Ministry and by putting it on
such a high plane, consideration could be based solely
on the overall good which such an agreement would
provide for both nations,
