Memorandum for: Jim Rowley

The President
Attached is a letter from a lawyer down in
Fredericksburg, Virginia in reference to some
supposedly White House China that was seen by
him in the vicinity of Chancellorsville, which was
afterwards moved to Washington.
He gave the name of the owner and the owner's son.
