Hy dear Mr. Edmunds:
I have had a great many suggestions about
the office space for the President of the
United States, but I rather think that
building office space in the street is
unique to say the least.
I think it would be better to use the
rooms in The White House itself, which
we have to use on account of the shortage
of office space, rather than to block one
of the Washington streets.
