MEMORANDUM FOR THE PRESIDENT
The enclosed report on "The Position of the United
States with Respect to Greece" (NSC 5/2) has been approved
by the National Security Council at its 6th Meeting.
The National Security Council recommends that you
approve the conclusions contained therein, and direct that
they be implemented by all appropriate Executive Departments
and Agencies of the U.S. Government under the coordination
of the Secretary of State.
