Reference: NSC 1/2
At its 7th meeting the National Security Council adopted
NSC 1/2, subject to revision of paragraphs 9-g and 11-g as shown
on the revised pages 6 and 7, respectively, enclosed herewith.
NSC 1/2 as revised has been submitted to the President for his
consideration on this date.
It is requested that all holders of NSC 1/2 insert this
note and the revised pages 6 and 7 enclosed herewith in their copies
of this report. The superseded pages 6 and 7 should be destroyed by
burning.
