NATIONAL SECURITY COUNCIL
WASHINGTON
June 4, 1948
MEMORANDUM FOR THE PRESIDENT:
At its 12th Meeting the National Security Council
adopted the enclosed report on The Position of the United
States with Respect to the Use of U. S. Military Power in
Greece (NSC 5/4).
The National Security Council recommends that
you approve the Conclusions contained therein and direct
that they be implemented by all appropriate Executive De-
partments and Agencies of the U. S. Government under the
coordination of the Secretary of State.
