This (Order No. 201. by the Soviet Militery Commander) is a surprising admission that after more than two years Nasis are still euployed as offics holdors in the Soviet Zone. 2. In the British Zone the program is still carried out by Military Govermment officers who are in- olined to compromise the principle of denasification in the interest of achieving greater administrative and business efficioney, A German law is being planned but not enneted as yet. In general, de- nasification procedure is ained at disposing of persons who are interned or are holding or applying for public office. All cases are subject to annual review looking to final rehabilitation of every person
