Within six months af "ter the date of the entry into force of
the present Treaty, the Contracting Parties will consult together for
the purpose of negotiating special agreements to provide in the greatest
possible detail:
(1) for inspection, enquiry and investigation by the
inspectorate;
(2) for the structure and working arrangements of the
Commission of Control;
(3)
for the numbers and types of forces which each
Contracting Party will make available for the purposes
of the present Treaty and for the degres of readiness
and general location of such forces, it being agreed
that at least part of these forces shall ba stationed
in Germany;
(4)
fer the nature and facilities of assistance which each
Contracting Party shall provide.
Article IV.
Without prejudice to the provisions of this Treaty or of any
peace
