PERSONAL AND
MOTRI
My dear Mr. President:
I have gotten things pretty well squared away
and Mrs. Bruce and I are coming up to Washington in
about ten days, and I am looking forward very much
to the pleasure of seeing you again.
I was heartbroken to have been unable to get
back to see you inaugurated, but I thought that your
speech could not have been better and was a wonderful
one in every respect. I think that you are going to
give the country a great administration, and no one
could be more proud of you or more loyal to you than
I am.
Always with kindest regards and good wishes,
I am
Sincerely yours,
