It has been indicated to Embassy that Brazil views druft toe detailed and certain provisions in direct ochflict with Brazilien legislation. No specific reaction thus far to investment pro- posals but it is known that Brazil definitely de- stites provision this kind. Since matter now less ulgent suggest Department may wish to review draft treaty wit objective introducing any necessary cianges and corrolated proposals with comnercial treaty articles and provisions ITO charter.
