The President
I had a conversation with Ambassador
Pawley before he left for Bra il and
he is exceedingly anxious that the
Technical Mission we have been trying
to arrange for Brazil be gotten together
as promptly as possible.
I believe it has merit and should go to
Bra il before the Bogota Conference if
that can be arranged.
