MEMORANDUM FOR THE PRESIDENT:
I am attaching a memorandum received from the
Department of State, with two copies of a pamphlet put out
by the American Embassy in Chile concerning President Gonzalez
Videla's visit to the United States.
I am sure you will be interested both in the
memorandum and the pamphlets.
