MEMORANDUM FOR THE PRESIDENT
Subject: Latest Opinion Trends
in the United States
I attach herewith a copy of a report on opinion
trends in the United States dated May 3, 1945. The
report deals with the Department's information policy,
the importance of American and Soviet membership in
the world organization, and the creation of a Jewish
state in Palestine.
