Urgent handwritten teletype of Oct.10,
1941, from Weizsaecker to Ribbentrop
with copies to Woermann 83 Lrdmanns-
dorff.
Weizsaecker points out the Oshima
has told him that the new Jspanese cabinet
has to be regarded as an improvement, but
that Oshima is critic al about TOEO who
is a man without a policy of his own.
Weiszeecker adds that Lromennsdorff will
give more details about the members of
the cabinet after he has seen Oshima.
Weizszeeker communicates to
Ribbentrog the "enjoyable message" tiat
a new Japenese cabinet -more favorabl e
to aggression -has been appointed. Lrd-
mannsdorff's counection with aggressive
war plans.
