Dear Harry: -
On receipt of the cablegram I immediately wrote
Dr. Vogel asking him to give me some details. As you
know, the Doctor is in sanatorium.
I have copied sections of the letter written by
his friend. Dr. Bernhard, and enclose it for your in-
formation.
My experiences in Germany convince me that our
German brethren are taking the correct attitude.
