VEMORANDUM FQR HONGRABLE JOHN F.
Chief of Protocol
Department of State
Referring to your memorandum of
November seventh to Secretary Connelly,
copy attached, the President has addressed
a letter to the Ambassador of Greece, ao-
knowledging the invitation extended to the
President, Mrs. Truman and Miss Truman to
visit Greece.
As suggested, the letter is sent
to you herewith for forwarding to the Am-
bassador.
