Possibilities for continued negotiations in Berlin, including attitude of Sokolovsky. 5. Supply of Borlin - (a) air lift how long and tonnage necessary -- additional planes. (b) by road; rail or barge (e) Russian food offer the (d) convoy question -- whether and undor what et circumatances unarmed or armed convoy should proceed by road or rail, 6. Evacuation -- timing and under what circunstances - (a) U. S. dependents and civilians (b) Gernaans, both leadors and other seguents of population. 7.
