Our conrades in the United States acted
rightly in taking the initiative for the creation of
such a party We should develop the most wide-
spread movenent for the creation of such a party,

tive of organizing the party be allowed to pass
to
elements desirous of utilizing the discontent of the
nasses which have becone disillusioned in both the
bourgeois parties, Denocratic and Republican, in
order to croate a 'third party' in the United
States as an anti-Communist party, a party directed
against the revolutionary novement. "
Georgi Dinitrov, in his closing connonts to the 7th
World Congress, declared:
"The victory of socialisn in the Sovict Union--a
victory of world-historic significanco-gives rise
in all capitalist countries to a poworful novement
