the
MEMORANDUM FOR THE PRESIDENT:
At its 27th Meeting the National Security Council adopted
for your consideration the enclosed report on the "Provision of a
Police Force for Jerusalem" (NSC 27/3).
The National Security Council recommends that you approve
the Conclusions contained therein and direct that they be referred
to the Secretary of State for appropriate action and disseminated
to all other appropriate Executive Departments and Agencies for in-
formation and guidance.
