Subject: Transmission of IPCOG Documents on
Germany
In compliance with your request I am transmitting
herewith five copies of IPCOG document 1/4 containing
the "Directive to Commander-in-Chief of U.S. Forces
of Occupation Regarding the Military Government of
Germany" as approved by you on May 11, 1945, and five
copies of IPCOG document 2/2 containing the "Instruc-
tions for United States Representative on the Repara-
tion Commission" as approved by you on May 18, 1945.
