Memorandum for: Secretary of Defense
From:
The President
Regarding the Prime Minister of India, the
visits of Heads of State are piling up on me to such an
extent that I am not at the present time making any
further invitations.
We have the Prime Minister of India in view
for a visit this fall, if it meets with his convenience, but
we are not ready yet to issue the invitation. I'll talk with
you about it.
