MEMORANDUM FOR THE PRESIDENT
Subject: Letter to Chaim Weizmann,
President of the State of
Israel
There is attached a draft letter to the Honorable Chaim
Weizmann, President of the State of Israel, in reply to the
latter's message of April 30, 1951 which was handed to you on
May 4, 1951 by Mr. David Ben-Gurion, Prime Minister of Israel.
If you approve, it is recommended that you sign the
attached letter to Mr. Weizmann.
