Enclosed I am sending you a copy of
letter addressed to me February 15th by
Lieutenant Colonel John McSweeney, Foreign
Representative in Rome of American
Relief for Italy, Inc., which I organized
at the instance of President Roosevelt,
and of which I am Chairman, together
with his letter of February 14th to
Honorable Juvenal Marchisio, President
of American Relief for Italy in New York,
and the accompanying papers.
