MEMORANDUM FOR THE PRESIDENT
Subject: Minister Perle Mesta
In reference to your memorandum of February 14, 1951,
travel orders were issued February 21, by telegraph to
Luxembourg which authorize Mrs. Mesta's return to the
United States during May in order that she may keep the official
speaking engagements in Houston and San Francisco as well as in
Washington.
