For purposes treaty measures on which parties may agree may comprise: Recall chiefs missions; breaking diplomatic relations; breaking consular relations; con- plete or partial interruption economi rolations or 1513, soa, air, postal, telegraphic, telephonic, and radio telephonic or radio telegraphic rolations; or uss military force.
