I am sure they will be vastly relieved and delighted with your generous and gracious reconsideration of your program. I am writing this in the midst of à lively plenary session and Mr. Fernandez read your telegram and sent me above quoted pencil note while he wes presiding. Pauley is now off going into the details with Brazilians. The, schedule you proposed can be considered agreed to. You will undoubtedly hear from Dutre shortly. I regret exceedingly that you have become involved in this sudden diserrangement of your plans and that you are obligating yourself to more prolonged stay.
