The President has requested me to confirm his telephone conversation with you at about one fifteen our time. He now plans to leave Washington Sunday morning, nine a.m., arriving Rio three p.m. their time Monday afternoon. Would prefer to keep evening free. The President's address to the Conference vould be made on Tuesday at an hour to permit reception aboard MISSOURI Tuesday afternoon. Wednesday and Thursday to be kept free so that the President can rest and Friday, Saturday and Sunday he will take part in appropriate functions of the Brazilian Government.
