Dear Mr. Finley:
print appreciated very much your letter of the eleventh.
I don't think the Netherlands Government expected
to do anything but to donate the bells, and the place
to put them will have to be provided by either the
Government of Washington OF the United States
Government.
I don't think we ought to miss the opportunity of
receiving these bells.
