FRIDAY, MAY 5 11:00 a.m. The Prime Minister will leave Washington for Annapolis where he will have lunch, visit the United States Naval Academy and view a parade of Midshipmen. 11:00 a.m. Begum Liaquat Ali will leave Washington to visit Hood College, Frederick, Maryland, have lunch with the faculty and address the student body. 5:00 p.m. The party will return to Washington from Annapolis. 6:30 p.m. The Prime Minister and Begum Liaquat Ali will meet with the Overseas Writers Club at the Carlton Hotel Dinner private. 10:00 p.m. The Ambassador of Pakistan will give a reception in honor of the Prime Minister and Begum Liaquat Ali at the Mayflower Hotel. SATURDAY, MAY 6 - NEW YORK - Waldorf-Astoria Hotel 11:00 a.m. The party will leave Washington by train for New York, New York. 3:00 p.m. The party will arrive in New York and will be greeted by the Honorable Grover Whalen, personal representative of the Mayor of New York. The party will then proceed to the hotel. 4:45 p.m. The Minister will hold a press conference. 5:00 p.m. Begum Liaquat Ali will attend a tea given in her honor by the American Women's Association at the Barclay Hotel. 7:00 p.m. The Prime Minister and Begum Liaquat Ali will spend the evening with Mrs. Mildred Hughes, Vice President of the Far East America Council of Commerce and Industry. SUNDAY, MAY 7 11:00 a.m. Begum Liaquat Ali will visit the Children's Centre, 1 East 104th Street. 11:45 a.m. The Prime Minister will meet with members of the Executive Committee and National Advisory Board of the India League of America. 1:30 p.m.
