Max Lowenthal just phoned from Cosmos
Club and asked that we get this to you:
1. Last night David Niles heard that
instructions had been sent out by Rabbi Silver
to their organizations throughout the country,
not to have any adverse comment on the Admin-
istration in their meetings this week end.

Mr. Lowenthal wanted you to know that
the Jewish State has been proclaimed at 10.00
a.m.
